The itinerary: Tashkent – Beldersay – Chimgan – Charvak – Sukok – Tashkent – Zaamin – Samarkand – Tashkent

        It is an interesting tour for lovers of nature and light hiking, it runs in spring (the end of March – May), when thousand kinds of plants and flowers start to blossom. The fifth part of them is endemics, growing only in Uzbekistan. Mountain slopes are covered with carpet of meadow grass, red poppies and tulips. During one week trip, tourists will not only walk and enjoy nature in South-West Tien Shan mountains and Pamir-Alay ridges, but also visit legendary Samarkand, with its worldwide famous monuments - objects of UNESCO World Heritage.

BRIEF PROGRAM OF THE TOUR

                                                                   
Day 1 Arrival in Tashkent. Hotel. Evening city tour.        
Day 2 Transfer to Ugam-Chatcal Nature park. Accommodation in hotel on Charvak Lake shore.                
Days 2-4 Walking and flower safari in mountains and gorges of South-West Tien Shan (Chatcal ridge).        
Day 4 In the evening transfer to Tashkent.                
Day 5 Transfer Tashkent – Samarkand through Zaamin Nature Park. Walking and flower safari.        
Day 6 Full day excursion in Samarkand.                
Day 7 Transfer to Tashkent. Excursion in city, shopping, souvenirs.        
Day 8 Flight home.

Day 4 In the evening transfer to Tashkent.
Day 5 Transfer Tashkent – Samarkand through Zaamin National Nature Park (unique for Central Asia mountain- juniper forests).
Walking and flower safari.
In April tourists can find many kinds of flowers: Amygdalus bucharica, Amygdalus spinosissima, Anemone petiolulosa, Astragalus 2-3 kinds, Colchicum kesselringii, Colchicum luteum, Corydalis ledebouriana, Corydalis nudicaulis,Crocus alatavicus, Fumaria wailanthii, Juniperus seravschanica, Tulipa korolkovii, Tulipa turkestanica and etc.
In may: Astragalus 5-6 kinds, Crambe cotchiana, Geranium rotundifolium, Heracleum lehmannianum, Impatiens parviflora, Ixiolirion tataricum, Juniperus serawschanica, Limonium otolepis, Morus alba, Psylliostachis suvorovii, Roemeria refracta, Rosa kokanica, Strigosella Africana, Tamarix hyspida.
Day 6 Full day excursion in Samarkand: Registan square - the "heart" of Samarkand - ensemble of 3 majestic madrassahs (XIV-XVI c.c.) – Sherdor, Ulugbek and Tillya Qory, Bibi-Khanum the gigantic cathedral Mosque (XV c.), Gur-Emir Mausoleum of Timur (Tamerlan), his sons and grandson Ulugbek (XV c.). Tamerlan’s grandson Ulugbek’s the well-known ruler and astronomer-scientist observatory (1420 y.) - the remains of an immense (30 m. tall) astrolabe for observing stars position, Shakhi-Zinda – “The Living King” (XI-XVIII c.c.) Necropolis of Samarkand rulers and noblemen, consisting of set of superb decorated mausoleums, exotic Siab bazaar.
Day 7 Transfer to Tashkent (350 km, 5 hrs). Excursion in city, shopping, souvenirs.
Day 8 Flight home.
